I just got a tweet from the Bay Bridge. :-)

What an amazing world we live in.

The Bay Bridge webcam confirms.

Cars on the bridge. Now here’s the question. How did they know the bridge would be open? It was supposed to be closed all day.

    It’s been on the front page of sfgate.com since at least 6a this morning. I’ll bet it was on the morning news shows, too.

    Some people do still read/watch old media, after all. :)

    This is still the best web cam view of the new detour:

    This will open Windows Media Player for the wmv stream.

    I wonder how long it will take until we see the first accident on the new detour section.
