My wife and I were helping the San Francisco Tako Age with their Japanese fighting kites today at Cesar Chavez Park when we spotted this new kite. I expect we’ll see it next month at the Berkeley Kite Festival. It should be a big hit, especially with the kids.

I was hanging at the corner of Solano and Alameda, wondering about the accident on the other side of the street, when 3 workers at Jerusalem Berger asked me to take their picture.

It’s a beautiful day, absolutely perfect summer weather.
